Domestic EPC's
EPC's have been around for some time now, starting as part of the home information pack (HIP's) which are no longer required. EPC's however are still required and their primary function is to give prospective buyers or tenants an overview of how energy efficient a dwelling is, and provides recommendations on how the energy efficiency of the dwelling can be improved.
Commercial EPC's
ITD Fire & Water also conduct commercial EPC's to level 3 and level 4. we pride ourselves as a quality provider of non-domestic energy performance certificates and recommendation reports for the commercial sector.
Fire Risk Assessments
What we do
- Fire Risk Assessment reports.
- Manage fire emergency plans.
- Identify hazards and any fire safety management deficiencies.
- Advise on improvements to control measures in reducing the risk of fire.
PAT Testing
Portable appliance testing (PAT) is the term used to describe the examination of electrical appliances and equipment to ensure they are safe to use.
PAT testing is required by:
- The Electricity at Work Regulations 1989
- The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974
- Scottish law
- For Houses In Multiple Occupation (HMO) landlords in the UK

Legionella Risk Assessments
Give us a call and ask for a quote to conduct a legionella risk assessment. Whilst this is not compulsory, you still have a duty of care to your tenants or family members.
